As outlined in the sales contract, you may return your kitten only if a licensed veterinarian detects a genetic disease within the first 48 business hours after pickup or delivery. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the kitten’s purchase price. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as those fees cover the expenses already paid for transportation to your location.
Important Notes:
Allergies: An allergy to the kitten is not a valid reason for return. We recommend that all family members confirm they are not allergic to cats before making the purchase.
Litter Box Usage: If the kitten stops using the litter box, this is not considered a valid reason for return. Many factors can contribute to this behavior, such as stress from transitioning to a new home. We are happy to provide guidance and support to help your kitten become accustomed to using the litter box again.
Return Process:
If a genetic condition is identified within the specified time frame, please provide an official statement from your veterinarian detailing the diagnosis. Once verified, we will arrange for the kitten’s return and process your refund for the purchase price.
